Your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through Paypal and Stripes. FREE Delivery for orders over 50*
Due to our vast and varied product range, postage and handling rates are based on weight, and the parcel’s destination. In general speaking, we have a flat rate of $8.25 Australian Dollars postage and handling. We deliver free within Australia on all orders over $50! *Exludes large items which will incur a $15 fee or $30 for three or more items. Please see check Australian Post for more details.
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected and product weight. Store deliveries take 3 to 5 working days, standard deliveries, 7 to 15 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days. Below are standard cost for shipping based on Australian Post Office:
Extra small: $3.80AUD, 15-20 working days
Clothing: $6AUD, 15-20, woking days
Standard: $6AUD, 15-20 working days
Medium: $13.40AUD, 7-15 working days
Large: $30AUD, 7-15 working days
Parcels are sent from Standard Australia post airmail which is normally up to 2 weeks after posting. Although it can take slightly longer (4-6 weeks) for postal service or customs delays. Alternatively, you can select sea mail which is the most inexpensive international delivery service. May takes approximately 2-3 months.

Security & Privarcy
Kaida do not have save or handle any of your personal bank details. Your information and online credit card details are secured and your payments are handled by third party companies such as Paypal and Stripes.
If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don’t have an account or checked out as a guest, you can use the ‘Consignment ID number’ to track your order via either the Australia Post website or the TOLL IPEC website, depending on which company your order is delivered by.
Refunds and Exchanges
We tried to satisfy every customer and make them happy. However, due to the “affordable” cost of these items, we don’t do refund or exchange after the items been dispatched. If you have any doubt or question about an item let me know before your purchase and we’ll be happy to clarify.
